BILLING, ACCESS & SCHEDULING

  • All mentorship fees must be paid before onboarding begins.

  • Access to the mentorship program begins once payment is received.

  • Program duration does not pause or extend due to inactivity.

  • Missed sessions do not roll over unless approved by TripleA4Logistics LLC.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least twenty-four (24) hours notice.

  • Missed sessions without proper notice may be forfeited.

  • Participant is responsible for maintaining communication and scheduling availability.

REFUNDS & CHARGEBACKS

  • All mentorship payments are non-refundable.

  • Participant understands they are paying for educational access, operational insight, mentorship guidance, and intellectual property.

  • Participant agrees not to initiate chargebacks, disputes, reversals, or payment claims for services, mentorship access, educational materials, or mentorship time already provided or partially provided.

  • Unauthorized chargeback attempts may result in immediate termination of access and possible collection action if necessary.

Response times may vary depending on operational workload, travel, holidays, and availability.

COMMUNICATION POLICY

  • Communication is limited strictly to mentorship-related business matters.

  • Approved communication channels may include:

    • Email

    • Zoom

    • Phone calls

    • Text messaging

    • Approved mentorship chats

  • Standard response time is approximately 24–48 business hours.

  • Excessive messaging, harassment, disrespectful conduct, repeated boundary violations, or misuse of access may result in termination from the mentorship program.

PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY

Participant understands and agrees that they are solely responsible for:

  • Business decisions

  • Compliance obligations

  • Financial decisions

  • Insurance requirements

  • Equipment purchases

  • Hiring decisions

  • Operational execution

  • Business actions taken during or after mentorship participation
